For general cleaning, yes. For disinfecting, we recommend being careful in treating an entire floor at one time. To disinfect any surface using any disinfecting product, the product must remain wet on the surface for a directed period of time. That time is important as it is what is killing the germs versus just cleaning the surface. As we know, having standing liquid on a hardwood floor can damage the floor, so care should be taken when following the disinfecting directions using any anti-bacterial product on hardwood. Test a small area first to determine if the floor/finish reacts poorly to disinfecting directions.
