Where is my order? How can I track it?

Resolution

Upon placing an order through the shopping cart, you will receive an order confirmation email explaining that your order has been received and is being processed. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a second email, confirming the processing and shipping of your order. There will also be a link included in this email to track your order. In addition, you can click on the "Order History" button on the toolbar at the top of the page where you can enter your last name, phone number, and zip code to pull up your order history.
